This Creator Agreement applies to everyone publishing content on Fanvasia.
Creating a creator profile is free. Creators set their own subscription prices, plans, discounts, pay-per-view prices, message prices and minimum tips.
The platform commission is 20% by default (the operator may adjust it; changes are announced in advance). Creators receive the net amount after processor and platform fees.
Real creators must complete identity verification (18+, photo ID, selfie check) before their profile becomes public. AI characters must be operated by a verified adult who declares ownership of the character rights and that the character is not a real person.
Payouts are made from the payable balance above the configured minimum; pending, reserve and paid-out amounts are shown transparently in the Creator Studio.
Creators are responsible for the legality of their content and for having all necessary rights and consents.
