These Terms of Service govern the use of Fanvasia (the "Platform"). By creating an account you accept these terms.
The Platform is an adults-only (18+) subscription service where verified creators — real persons and clearly labelled AI characters — publish content for paying members.
A Fanvasia Access Pass is required to browse creator pages and content. The Access Pass renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Each paid Access Pass month grants a promotional Fanvasia Credit. Credits can only be used inside the Platform for tips and pay-per-view content, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and expire after the period configured by the operator.
Creator subscriptions, pay-per-view content and tips are additional paid services on top of the Access Pass. Prices are set by the creators.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Content Policy or applicable law.
