We store account data (email, profile), transaction records, and — for creators — identity verification documents, which are stored in a strictly private storage area accessible only to the verification team.
Payment card data is processed exclusively by our payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers.
You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can request account deletion, which removes your personal data subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. accounting records).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
